New tuxedo black, what do you think...

I went for my standard black on black and love it, but now that the 2011's have been out for a bit thought I'd check with peoples opinion on the new metallic black. I was super excited about it and it looks great, but I think if I had the choice I would go for last years black (Onyx black I believe).

Ultimate world I would have the 2011 Front end but last years dually fenders all in the "old school" black (and 19.5 on the 450"s). Ignoring the whole monotone/camo debate, I would say the interior overall is perfect!

I like the plain black and the new metallic is pretty good. On the rear fenders I like the older style, just hasn't grown on me yet. Either way you can't go wrong.

I had two ('07) and ('10) with the old black, and my '11 is the metalic black. I like the old black a bit better, but dont mind the metalic.

I can't believe the dually fenders! They are almost as ugly as the Dodge Megacab dually fenders.

The new black looks good, but I'm a Forest green fan myself.

Looks low to me too. Roadking, you need to flip those axles! I did mine after I tore out some under-carriage plumbing on my toy hauler.

I had a black '08 and I liked the plain black better than the new tuxedo black with the flake in it. The flake is not bad, just makes the black too light. Gloss black, no flake is one great color on a vehicle. I wish they had left it alone.

I had a Black '03 F150 SuperCrew in BLACK and my new '11 is the Tuxedo Black. I like it OK, but prefer the BLACK without the metal-flake in it. I'm not going to kick it out of the garage or anything, but still prefer the real BLACK!

I started looking at the Open Range trailers mainly because they gray outside would look perfect behind my black truck (seeming how no one really makes a black rv) but also found a floor plan I really like!

Main problem I see with the change in any colors is for people who want to take painted accessories from one truck to another - like canopies. I have a cab extender, but it has been on 2 trucks so either way is due for a repaint. Living in Oregon though you only notice the metallic 3 months out of the year, the other 9 is the same "dirty wet black" that everyone has!
