Okay.We made it home and everything ran perfect, except for a brief coolant smell once in a while. Now for the bad news.I made it to work then walked out to get my sunglasses and noticed a puddle of coolant under the truck.Found it leaking from the cat.I tried to fire it up and it was locked up.The tow truck came and the driver had my wife start it,it started.Anyways now its sitting at Sinister Diesel for a diagnoses. I will let you know what they say.

Cheezit, which connection was out on my truck? You mentioned that yours had been unplugged at one time as well, which supplied power to the fans?

its ckt 361 iirc. thats 12v supply to everything including the trans. the way your truck is wired reduced with the isolater on the 2nd alternator did away with some of the issues.
the egr vlave is a 12v silenoid to move the valve with a 5 volt circuit for position location.

btw hows the truck. I know its still hard starting but will it aleast start with out a block heater.

It's running better, I'm waiting for the Rev-x to test the cold starts... And I need to get the batteries exchanged. Seems to be spooling up a lot better. I've yet to change the tune back to extreme as well... I'll let you know. Thanks again for your help!
