#2 cylinder would be 2nd back on right/passenger side. Cylinders are numbered 1-4 right side (+5 V10) front to back; 5 (or 6 V10)-8 (10) left side, front to back.
Check the COP wiring harness connectors for corrosion in the terminals and/or loose wires inside the female end as well. Occasionally they will show bad codes due nothing more than a bad connection.
Also remember to liberally use dielectic grease inside the boots and COP harness connectors---can't hurt a bit.
