Power stroke is a diesel and there is no timing to adjust.

You can adjust the timing of the injector pump....not the distributor though. Wait, diesels don't have distributors

What kind of problems has your 460 given you?

This is a 90 and timing was really off, perhaps exhaust gasket leak as well contributing to the scenario although unsure as it would be a minor one. There is no marks on the harmonic balancer pulley and actually has a white painted line for tdc.Turned the motor a few times inspecting the pulley for marks and have none.Loss of power being the primary concern.Replaced the distributor a few years ago and has loosened up since it was set then.

If that is the case (which I find doubtful as I have never seen a Ford damper without marks) you need to use an adjustable timing light.

I honestly thought i didn't have any marks on mine either until i took a wire brush to it and got rid of a lot of the rust, then i took a marker and marked 10* (or whatever you want your timing set to) so it'd be easy to see with the light.
