Installed 4 new Monroe reflex shocks on the f250 this morning. Kinda dreading it but it only took me 35 mins and all the skin is intact on my hands thanks to new Mechanix Gloves. Truck rides alittle better. 109000 miles on stock ones.

nice, it is amazing what some new shocks feel like..
I have a set of Reflex's sitting on the workbench 1100 miles away. I hear good things about them. I didn't think I needed shocks till I drove thru Lousianna on I10..... I yie yie.

Frank the only to get smooth ride on I 10 in Lousianna is to fly over it in an airplane, new shocks won't help too much

You gotta try going both ways through Birmingham Alabama on I 65. I just did it this weekend and don't know if I'll ever walk again.
