Diablo Tuner ?

Hi guys my uncle has the tuner in his 01 5.4 350 and recommended it to me...

im just wondering . What do i do when i buy this. Is there any mods i have to do under the hood or is it plug and play.

i have a diablo sport tuner for my 7.3 and its great. just buy it plug it in and follow directions on the screen its that simple
