Np their website is a bit tricky to navigate. Also, if you don't get through just leave a message saying you want to buy a SCT tuner and your number and they "should" call you back. Lot of people have trouble getting through though.

yeah once you get a hold of them and get your custom tunes you won't be sorry. they are super busy but if you ever get a chance to talk to matt on the phone he spends as much time as he can and will answer all your question and make sure your tunes are how you want them. but it can take a while to get in contact with phone or email IMO.

You might contact Eric at Innovative Diesel. They also write some awesome 6.0L tunes and their response time is much better. I emailed them with tunes questions the other night about 11pm and had a response the next morning.
