I would make sure all relays are fully seated and not overly hot from cranking.
That being said, I guess it is time to start at the basics - fuel and electricity. Batteries in good shape (even though it can crank doesn't mean that they are good enough), FICM producing proper voltage, fuel getting to the engine (ie will it fill the secondary fuel filer at KOEO), then you need to start looking into oil flow and pressure.
There is a no-start thread in the Tech Folder that will walk you through most of the things that can cause it not to start.
Well the guy helping me had to go so we will try again tomorrow. I bought the truck with the radio not working. Realized the fuse was missing put one in and then the truck was dead. But I'm pretty sure that wouldn't have anything to do with that...?
What kind of voltage should the ficm have to it? And I know the filter on the top of the motor has fuel. It was full
Yes I did. I don't think it could be the icp sensor either. While cranking my oil pressure was reading what it normally does. Very dissapointing sold my cummins for this

You really need to read up on the 6.0L engine since you are new to it. Your OEM engine oil pressure reading is not at all what the ICP measures. The ICP measures the high pressure oil pressure. Your injectors are actuated hydraulically - w/ oil at high pressures.
The OEM oil pressure gauge isn't a tru gauge either because the sending unit is just a switch - so you are not looking at real pressure readings.
You really do need to look at the Tech Folder- specifically the no-start thread if you are serious about troubleshooting the problem yourself.
that is hooked in to the dlc. so that would give an indaction of a concern.
also when you check the rest of the fuse did you use a test light or did you you pull them out and check them with an ohm meter.
dlc = data link connector. this is were you hook a scan tool up at
hmmm icp.ok you asked
the icp reads what the ipr is metering that the hpop is making.
if you dont follow that lat me know and all expain as best as I can
