I know that it was but I never saw it addressed by the OP.

TO THE OP: There is a small electrical fuse box on the drivers side next to the master cylinder and the powersteering reservoir by the firewall that has a FICM fuse and relay inside--IIRC.

Yes in that box next to the master cylinder we check every fuse and they all turn out good.

We have another 2006 f350 6.0 here, now looking at that box from top(birds eye view) the one in the bottom left corner is not working right.

When we pull the relay it only has power to one of the terminals.

When we pull the relay on the other truck it has power to 2 terminals.

So somewhere along the line there is no power getting to that relay.

Where to go from there?

Alright, well we finally got the truck running.

Upon trying to start the truck there was no buzzing like the truck usually made.

So luckily we had another 06 6.0 there. figure out the relay that was screwing it all up.

Problem is not solved yet, so im here to ask you guys a few more questions.

This is the fuse box under the hood.

You can see the relay in the bottom left corner not the one that says ford in white but the other one.

there is power going to one but not the other.

on the other 06 there is power to both of them.

Now when we jump that one that has no power the truck starts up instantly.

Why is there no power getting to that one?

I'll have to find the information. I have it stored SOMEWHERE in my documents folder. Have you checked ALL the fuses in the fuse panel under the steering column? That would be a good place to start while I look. I know it's the FICM relay but I'm not sure what feeds it.

You can find the FICM relay in this picture: http://www.backglass.org/duncan/ps60...l/ps60_091.jpg The relay is on the top/left center of the drawing. One leg of the relay is feed by a 50 amp bus/fuse/circuit. The other looks to be battery. I can't see what it is because of clarity issues with computer but it should help you. I would look for a blown fuse somewhere.

Believe me when I say we checked every fuse 3 times. We pulled every fuse, visually inspected it, and couldnt find one blown.

Now you say the relay that is not getting power is the FICM relay?

I BELIEVE so. It's been a while since I went through the whole electrical system searching for a similar problem. I couldn't find the technical info I was looking for but I'll keep searching.

that has been covered already.

the ficm power relay gets power from fuse f1-18 (10 amp) this is power supplied to the realy coil. this is pin 1
from fuse f1-5 (50amp) supplies power to the swich side of the realy this is pin 5
fuse f1-15 (15amp) ties in to the swich side contact side of the realy for the vpwr ckts this is pin 3
last pin of the relay is pcm grounded. this is pin 2
