Aaron, it is a real temperature...it's just a real cold one.
Thanks Jim, I really really appreciate it. I owe you breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the rest of my life! Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving with the family. It was nice to chat with you as well.
I get most of my OEM replacement bulbs from Walmart.

hello ct. i put the 3.73's in the mustang and rebuilt the posi while i was in there this weekend. and today i found out that the front pinion bearing chewed itself up. it looked good when i had it apart, but it did require some excessive abuse to get the old pinion out so i am assuming i damaged it and missed it upon reassembly. it wouldnt be a huge ordeal except now i need to redo the pinion depth and backlash shimming after new bearings are installed. what a *****.
on another note, going from 3.27 to 3.73 really shortens up the gears and gives it some extra gogo. the rpms are singing at 75+ but maybe that will keep her under the 100mph threshold she lives above. once i get the rear working properly, i need to burn the sct chip for it and get the cams in. she is shopping for a beater car now, she wants to retire the mustang from daily driver.

miles what was the 4x4 issue?
It would get into 4x4 fine then pop back out, so monaco looked at it and they said all the lines have to be replaced. Guess thats what you get for buying a truck that sat for 4-5 years. Its covered under the powertrain warranty though, the emergency brake/backing plate situation isnt
