DAMNIT! i lost my ebay auction for a vacuum solenoid for my auto front hubs. 2 people dont know how much it costs from the dealer though, because they bid it up way beyond that range! i will just stop at the dealer today and get one.
Aaron is your 4wheel drive not working?
Morning Steve.
the auto hubs are not getting vacuum, the vac solenoid is unresponsive. they were working when i first looked the truck over before purchasing it, but 2 weeks ago when in a nice mud pit i found out i only had 2wd. i need that fixed before we get some real snow.
i sandblasted some stuff after work today. apparently it gets dark at 4:45 now, thats when i was rudely forced to stop due to the lack of visibility. from left to right: milk jug, quad subframe, axle, steering stem, sprocket hub, intake elbow, brake lever, and rear swingarm.
here is the intake elbow i got from andy. this will be the first part i try to powdercoat chrome. we will see how it comes out.
That is for sure Aaron.
If not the stang will be better in the snow LOL.
Good evening everyone else
Just one more day till we all stuff ourselves.
I hope that every one has a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
believe it or not, the mustang with snow tires and posi and traction control is probably the nicest car to drive in the snow. its not ill mannered at all unless the driver wants it to be
Aaron let me know how the elbow comes out.
I might want you to do my CAC hot side pipe.
I also have an old milk jug that could use a sand blast when you are doing some more blasting.
Sorry I haven't got that carb to you Josiah...
Things just got complicated here
Tina once again proved she is far more alert than me, and wouldn't take no for an answer when I told her there was no one out there.
Good dog!
I need to change some locks.... and maybe stop by the feed supply to get a fence energizer.
