You guys are crazy. I didn't mean better than the new car dealer's upholstery cleaners. I meant not much better than dealing with a new car dealership in general.
Well, I went ahead with the home washing machine and I must say it worked quite well. I started with the back rest of my back seat and then the bench of the back just in case it tore anything up but I've got everything done now except for the front bench. I may take that one somewhere since it's so dang big. I did each thing seperately for 3 cycles on delicate. Twice with soap and the last time without. Smells way better and dust doesn't fly anymore when I smack the seat!
Glad it worked for you. I forgot to mention that I have to 40/20/40 front seat so I was able to fit it in the washer a little easier. I couldn't get the cover off the center though so it's still dirty
