idle rough from time to time

idle rough from time to time
Hey All"
f 250 4x4 Sd, V10 I have been experancing a rough idle from time to time.
it will sit and idle for about 7 to 10 minutes then act like it wants to die. kind of a whop whop whop, after I give it gas. REV up the engine everything's ok for about 7 to 10 minutes again.
I put new spark plugs in her today. did'nt think that would resolve the issue, but she got 120,000 on her and the plugs were origional. so she needed it.
they looked a little worn, nothing strange about that job.
any idelas ?
