rough idle

Hey All:

2000 F250 SD 4x4 V10, here latly from time to time I get a rough idle, it last about 10 to 15 secoands, not enoulf to make me think It's the IAC.
it only does it about once every other tank full.

wondering if I should clean the iac map and such?

I would clean the IAC and then drive it for a while to see if it clears up.

I was thinking about that. I checked prices and new ones are only about 50.00 of corse this is aftermarket.

wondering if I clean it. does it really HELP or should I just go get a new one...
