IPR Screen?

IPR Screen?
Ok, got the truck torn down to get at IPR valve. Pulled the valve and found a torn O-ring. Now everyone always talks about the IPR valve screen - this valve doesn't seem to have one. Am I missing something here? I understood the screen is on the tip of the valve. Does my 06 not have one?

I like using dental picks to fish stuff out of small places, I use them to clean and work on guns so I have a pile of them. If you don't have any try hammering the end of a wire coat hanger flat, using wire snips or a file cut a sharp tip and a barb on the end and you may be able to get it out with that. Another way is to straighten out a wire fish hook and use the barb to hook it. That way you can tie a little fishing line onto the loop and use it as a lanyard so you don't lose it.
I seem to remember this happening to someone else a week or two ago and someone suggested they turn the motor over and the screen will pop right out.
