Fuel Line Replacement

I have a 97 F150 4.6l 4X4 6 1/2 FT box. I noticed that when I fill my fuel tank full that it will start to drip and in the morning I will have a small puddle under the tank. It happened this morning again and it looks like it is not leaking from the tank but possibly the fuel line. I will crawl under there better tomorrow and look, but suspect it is near the fuel filter. Since the truck is now 13 years old it probably needs new gas lines, since the brakes lines recently rusted, went out, and had to be replaced. I have been looking online and can find connectors but not the line. Where do I get the tubing, or is there premade lines (plug and play) due to the connectors?

why would the gas line only leak when the tank was full ? The tank has a breather line or vent line attached to the top of the filler neck. I would guess that line has a pin hole in it. When under the truck, look up at the filler neck and see a 1/2 or 3/4 inch tube attached high on the neck that runs down under the truck. It should have a couple hose clamps on it and rubber tube... maybe loose or hole. Or just dont fill the last 2 gallons into the tank.
