ICP - What does it do?

When I did my 15.6k mod yesterday, I noticed my ICP sensor was soaking wet. I am assuming it is bad. The truck runs and starts great! Do I need to replace this sensor, and what changes can I expect?

Thanks-

Robert

wet with oil? You need to replace it then. IIRC, the icp sends signal to the pcm, then the pcm sends that to the ipr. The pcm could be sending a default setting to the ipr if the icp is bad. It probably runs the same unplugged as it does plugged in?
