Sorry I don't have any mechanical gauge expect factory gauges which it says normal in oil pressure and temperature in the dashboard. Oil pressure is showing in the middle. I have noticed sometimes when I drive it for approximately 30 miles from mt sterling KY to Lexington KY , Im at a traffic light it goes up and down while sitting about 40 psi 25 it just a guess I pushed the gas so the engine wouldn't starve from oil. After waiting at stop light it goes to normal range in the middle while I'm driving. It seems be doing this only drive for awhile far as oil pressure. I assume because of the oil is warmed up it loses thickness. The truck seems to run fine no lost of power, except the knocking sound. I have noticed that it does drink alot of gas on the high way since the knocking sound started. Factory Warranty papers saying 20 miles a gallon on the high way and 15 in city. Lol I wish is was like that now. I getting about 10 on highway and about 15 city. So drive it on the country road it seems running best at 45 to 55 mph anything higher severely drinks alot of gas. It takes a half a tank to go 30 miles and maybe a 8th or alittle more of a tank. I just wondered if if need to change bearings with the camshaft and if it recommended.
