Adding an overdrive unit
I found a Doug Nash overdrive unit here local for $150. Will it bolt up to my transfer case? I know i wouldn't be able to use 4x4 with it in OD.
If it won't bolt up, what do i need to do to run it divorced?

Actually IIRC with the Doug Nash (or US Gear, same thing) units you can use 4x4 with the unit in either gear, as it goes between the trans and the transfer case - it's the Gear Vendors units that cannot be used in 4x4 as they go behind the transfer case and so only change the gear ratio for the rear driveshaft. About fitment in the DNE unit to your setup I dunno, but at $150 I'd buy it anyways, then look for adapters and such on ebay if anything is needed.

Nope, that's the Ranger, and it only works with stick-shifts that have non-integral bell housings, as it actually goes between the bell and the trans (so it would work for a T18/19, but not for a ZF5). The DNE and US Gear ones go between the trans and the transfer case.
