Another Hutch Mod Question

Looks like your going to use a inline filter?
Also what are the blue and red things on the right side of the picture?
I've been wanting to do this mod for a while, but I can't decide between gathering all the parts or getting the Sinister kit.
I'll be keeping an eye on this post to see how it goes!

An observation-not wrong -different.
The inline filter you have chosen does not appear to be see-through.
A see-through allows you easier and perhaps more accurate monitoring.
That is my reasoning for the Fram G3. (From walmart) Other similar filters are available. Just be certain of the 3/8 inlet and outlet.

Well, finshed the (Hutch Mod) and here are some pics:

Screens are dirty but not clogged, so my initial problem of stalling when doing a hole shot is still present, the fuel pump does run a lot less noisy though
screens removed
Overall job took 4 or 5 hours, with only a couple of hicups. One Vibra Lock fitting was gewwed up and had to be cut off but it was the fuel line so no big deal. The ring on top of the tank was a bugar but once I put some constant downforce down it went right on, All and All if I had to do it again I would've saved the headache of gathering parts and just ordered a Kit like the one Clay sells.
