What better place to celebrate Independence Day than the birthplace of America? From now through July 4 the “Wawa Welcome America Festival” is taking place. If you don’t know what a Wawa is, you really need to spend more time in Philly. There are various events each day of the festival including free admission to many museums. But the main event is on July 4. Head to the Ben Franklin Parkway for a huge party and concert topped off with fantastic fireworks display set to music.
