Ford Invades SEMA with 7 Different F-150s
After last week’s announcement that Ford would bring both a plethora of customized Ford Edge and Ford Explorers to SEMA in a few weeks, Ford is doubling down on its commitment to make SEMA all about trucks with a bevy of SEMA bound F-Series trucks.
The Ford booth will now have over 50 unique and custom cars and trucks, seven of which will be based off the F-150. According to Ford, one of the most interesting trucks that will be on display will be a 6-speed manual F-150 paired up with the 3.5-liter Ecoboost engine. It also features a new intercooper, new ECU tune, a roll cage, race seats and 5-pt harnesses to make the ultimate tuner F-150.
There are the more normal outdoorsy F-150s as well with a Leer Edition Outdoorsman, and a few that have been given some insane paints colors. Although, our favorite might be the Gulf liveried Galpin Auto Sports truck. Now that’s a custom truck we can get behind.
