I am looking for a pic of motor mounts? Just trying to get some ideas.

 

I don't have any pics of that combination. I do have pics of the new motor mount system I had made for you 390.

I was originally going to put a MII IFS in the truck with it and motor mounts seemed to be one of the two big problems. In the 51 exhaust was the other one (with the original steering box)

I looked around and did a little research and found you will need to do a couple things. First, you will need to get a rear sump oil pan and pick-up. I think the old Bronco's used to have them.

The only place I found that would even talk to me about incorporating a set of FE motor mounts onto their cross member was the bolt on system sold by Chassis Engineering. All the rest I woul dhave had to have custom mounts made (which is what I had to do anyway after breaking the bolt in pipe type).

I'm sure some of the other guys will have some ideas, but if not, I might give Chassis Engineering a call.

Dave, not for a FE but some more of Kevin’s (Rokcrln) beautiful work, and a motor mount is a motor mount, right?
