find the right guy who wants them and they'll easily bring $800 plus....I've seen them go for over 1K on ebay.
Well if you're going to split hairs here, the CJ's are not headers either. The 427 iron shorty's are more "header" like than the CJ's were. And the OP asked about headers, not manifolds.

If I remember correctly the factory called them cast iron headers just like they did the K code headers. No other exhaust manifolds to my knowledge were called headers by Ford. If you want to split hairs help yourself.

I've never heard the CJ units refered to as "headers" You're the only one who seems to view them as such.
I have a 1966 F250 4x4 V8 that I plan to swap the stock 352 for a 427 s-o once I get my build done. The 406 shorty headers are one of the only factory headers that fit this combo and the passengers side top frame rail still requires a small notch cut out.
