Thanks Mr. Wilson for the vin decode, Yea i guess i was happy to buy another E100, I cant belive it has 13 inch rims/tires my 63 had 14's, maybe a PO switched them?
I plan to use a 302 auto set up from the 79 parts truck, and i will need to find a replacement rearend, the one in there wont stand up for 1 burnout! I will post some more pic's in a Garage soon.

They came with 13" wheels. Now it is getting hard to find those rims. I finally got 6 of them after years of searching around here. Most people changed them to the 14" rims. Later years they became an option when buying the econoline van or truck.
To me it is a shame to change the truck from original, But that is your choice. Have fun with it.

The early econos do have a straight axle under them. please dont tempt me with the 460! there are so many idea's and not enough money! i'm gonna stick with the 302-auto and a stock look for the outside.... for now, tomorrow? dont know
on a side note: i found a big six crossmember for 75 bucks and a 9 inch rearend for 400. Sux the crossmember is in Ky.
