Aftermarket timing tabs for Fords

Can't seem to find any Aftermarket timing tabs for Fords, Only Chevy. I have a duraspark ignition istalled on my older 390 motor and want a better timing indicator than the stock arrow pointer. I don't have a fancy timing light only the old school model and need to set my BTDC or retard my timing. I thought you folks might know of some tips or tricks.
Thanks Dan

Try Speedway or Summit. MSD has a package of them for various size dampners and there should be one there for you to use. Also you might try E-bay for a good dial type timing light. I got a great deal on a used Snap on light and it makes timing much more accurate.
