This would be a complete 31 spline setup with your choice of gear ratio, we can do either a 3.70 or a 3.90 ratio for you. All of our housings are jig-welded with new 3" DOM tubing. We use new axles, not factory re-splines. In the center section we use a new Ford Motorsports Trac-Lock Posi Unit that has a nodular iron case and a billet steel hat, not a Torque-Lock unit (modified open carrier) like others are selling on eBay.
The center section that I priced above will be good for 450-500HP. If you plan on having more than that you will want to go to an aftermarket setup. It would be $1125 instead of $820 for a complete center with the Yukon Nodular Iron Pro N-Case w/ 5/8” Cap Bolts, Aluminum Daytona Pinion Support, 1350 Steel Yoke, Motive Performance Gears, 31 Spline Trac-Lock Posi, & Timken (USA) Bearings. ALL NEW & ASSEMBLED!
I ordered a third member and new shafts from them a couple months ago. I was very happy with the price and quality. Got a 3.5 ratio third member with Tru-Trac and new shafts made by strange. Took about 1 1/2 weeks.
I was told by the guy who rebuilt my center section that Yukon and Motive gear sets are noisy. OK for 4x4s running in the desert or drag racers but not recommended for the street. Can't confirm or deny, but all their gears are made in you-know-where. He uses Richmond or Ford Racing on street builds.
Do you really need a custom-built axle? No luck getting an axle from your request on here?
I have a few guys on here that has a rear for me for a decent price, but I was planing on doing a "shop" refurbishment when it´s still in the states as I (even if I did the work myself) need to buy all the parts seperatly for the refurbishment (and limited slip diff) if I do the work back in Sweden.
However I still havent gotten all the numbers back for the FTE rears but I belive that this price will be hard to beat, and it becomes much easier for both sides i belive. "mailorder rear" and get it shipped to my friends address in San Fransisco.
But I haven´t made up my mind yet still waiting for some numbers for "shop refurbishment"
Thanks for the noise input. Will have that in mind.

When I was shopping for my new center I checked with 4 or 5 different places, strange, Currie, Yukon, Quick and local. Most of them used Motive gears (Italian) , said they were good quality and quiet. I have not noticed any noise from the new rear but then already have the noise from the trans.

I have done some googling and From what I can figurer out,There are different manufacturing faciliteter for motive gears, and as you state the Italian seems to be Most quiet. I Will talk with the Guy tomorrow
