So today I was running some new speaker wire to my doors and I had the drivers side kick pannel off. I noticed there there was a Diablo Sport sticker on the PCM. Did Diablo make replacement PCMs for our trucks or is there more than likely one of thier chips on it. The PO didnt mention anything about it and I have a Superchip tunner that the PO bought and gave to me with the truck. I didnt think that they could be used together but maybe im wrong. The only thing that I can think of is that the PCM went out and one of the POs (im the thrid owner) before me replaced it with the Diablo one. Any knowlege about this would be helpfull.

Nope no after market PCM but it may have or had a diablo chip in it. Pull the parking brake assembly off and check.

 

Ok thanks. Can the chip and a programer be used at the same time?

 

No they won't. Not sure which will override which but they won't work together.
