nope wont fit your truck, any of them with air intake heaters are off the late 99-03's the turbo outlet pipe is too big and wont mate to your turbo. now if you swapped the newer turbo over and changed your intake manifolds to the 3 incher's then it would work

The d66 is identical to our stock as far as connections. I toyed with the idea of the 3" fittings as well and was talked out of it though but it is possible.

i just want a nice free flowing y pipe, i just dont want any bottle necks... i want to run a d66 turbo with a banks 6.0 intercooler for maximum cool air, and 3" intakes to help prevent from going from nice big piping to smaller piping. creating a bottleneck... i would like to have atleast 3" from turbo to intakes, but i dont know if there is enough space to fit it all past the turbo outlet and intake inlets.

first off, get a stock 6.0 cooler, they are a whole lot cheaper and flow just as good. the d66 isnt a 3 inch outlet if i recall correctly? but you can put the 3 inch intakes off a super duty on your truck. the only way to get the closest diameters across the board without going ridiculous in price is swapping the whole superduty turbo and pipe set-up from an 01-03 truck. they have the larger turbo outlet, and the whole x-pipe is 3 inch into 3 inch intakes, no reducers
