new fuel leaks with ulsd

anyone getting new fuel leaks after using ultra low sulfer diesel in the 6.0? I have several friends that are having problems with their 7.3's?

How old are their 7.3's? The older the seals, the higher the risk of fuel leakage.

I'm on my third tank of ULSD and no problems. But then again, my engine is still pretty new.

I have almost 70,000 mi on my 6.0L and have been running ULSD for a number of months with no problems. I do add a shot of PowerService in with each fuel up, but I have done this since new.

We have been using it in Canada since April of last year. Government had our refineries change all on road fuel over since then. Haven't heard of any problems yet.... We aren't using the same pumps stickers as in the US. Some pumps say low, some say Ultra, some say nothing at all. It is all supossed to be ULSD though.

The new fuel is not causing the leaks in those 7.3's

I totally agree . Seems some folks just need something to bitch about. Must be ULSD turn. This too will pass in time.
