fuel pump replacing

I have 1989 7.3 diesel and have to switch my fuel pump. Iv had some diesel leak and im sure its not the fuel filter. I figure I mind as wel put the new pump in since the old one has 140000 miles. How hard is it to replace?

It is not hard to replace at all. if your pump is leaking it will be evident around the weep hole in it.

where exactly is the weep hole?

What pump did you get? Does it have a long bent 90* arm? Or a short little arm?

Weep hole should be on the side over the seam.
