Will Esso 80/90w ls(limited slip) work in my 97 f150's rear diff.I've heard different answers but not real sure on what to go with, this is supposed to have additives in it for the clutches of a ls rear diff.Any input would be appreciated, thanks
80-90 would work, but my 2001 book suggests synthetic lube for the rear. you can get the LS addative in a 6 ounce tube at Auto Zone, you dont have to buy it premixed. I would buy 3 quarts of synthetic 75-90w and the small tube of addative.
