Aprox. HP of 460 PI

My Dad is currently restoring his first car - 1976 Mercury Cougar XR7. Anyway he's had the engine rebuilt as close to the pre-smog Police Interceptor as possible. It's bored .030 - .040 over (not sure), stock crank, new pistons and rods with stock specs, rebuilt PI heads, PI intake, mild street cam, Holley 650-700 carburator. The compression is a little over 9.0:1.
So what kind of HP/TQ numbers should we see with this combo? I appreciate any response!

Wow, That's awesome. A whole lot more than the previous smog's 210-220 or so! I forgot to add that the engine is also balanced and blueprinted. Don't know how much more that helps, but... Thanks for your response!
