tuning question

Ok so I finished the rebuild for my F250 heres the stats

1999 F-250
V-10
Auto
bored 30 over
Ported PI heads
Ported PI intake
Comp Cams
Diablosport tuner

The truck starts and idles fine but when I floor it it revs up to about 1000rpms then sputters and breaks up like its not getting fuel then at about 2000rpms it comes to life and screams. When I put the motor together I used the 24# injectors from the PI motor instead of the 19# injectors from the non PI motor. The MAF is from the non PI motor. Could the heads be flowing so much air that the MAF isn't telling the injectors to work more and the o2 sensors are reading lean then telling the pcm to give it more fuel? If this is the case is there a PID i can change with the Diablosport to cure this. Right now the tune is stock I haven't tried changing it and seeing if that fixes it. Could I just get a MAF from a PI truck engine? How do I know what to change with the Diablosport to give it more fuel? Does anybody know a place in North Eastern PA that can Dyno Tune it for me? Thanks
