Electric motor running on ACC?

When I turn my truck to ACC (accessories), I hear an electric motor running. It's continuous. It doesn't sound like the fuel pump. Any ideas?

I forgot to mention I checked this and made sure it was off. Good suggestion though.

i always thought it was a weird set-up. why not just have an "off" position on the fan switch ?

fuel pumps should not run in the ACC position, but if you want to remove all doubt just pull the efi relay.

Is it a diesel? Maybe an electric vacuum pump?
