AC/Heater fan switch issue....

Ok...."Sometimes" the heater/ac fan does not come on when I hit the switch,NOW...do yall think its the switch going out...or the fan motor? You can tell the AC is engaging when you turn it on but the fan does not come on.It just started this about a week ago,if its the switch, do I have to replace the whole cluster or just the fan control switch? Thx in advance....

Have you checked for power on the wiring to the fan motor while it was not working? If there is power at the fan wiring, the switch is providing power and the motor is bad or not getting a ground. If there is no power, check the fuses and blower relay. Since this is intermittent, it could be the relay or the fan motor.
