When I tried pulling code for my 1993 ford bronco it would no do anything. I put a wire in the second top pin on the connector to the jumper pin. when I turn the key I just get a check engine light. Please help!!!
try running a wire from the STI (Self test input) Directly to the negative pole of the battery. then turn the ignition to ON but not running and it should go into diagnostic mode. I have seen several broncos have problems with the diagnostic ground circuit not working on the connector itself.
