1989 f150 vibration

I have a 89 f150 302/auto and one day after i came off a mudroad i had to take to get back to my hunting spot i noticed a slight vibration when i started to decelerate with or without brakes. Now the vibration can get pretty ruff but not all the time only sometimes. What do you guys think u joints?

Could be a out of balance tire or a broken cord in one of them, or it could just be some mud stuck inside the rim.. I have seen similar things happen with snow/ice buildup after plowing through deep snow in the winter.

Check for mud inside the rim and rinse it out. Been there. Done that.

Also check to see if a wheel weight got knocked off or if the rim is bent if you were off-roading.

Thanks ill just wash it tonight.. I also should add that day as i was driving down the non-mud road i heard a loud clunk and it felt like i hit something. That has happened one other time since then also but i checked under the truck and all of the mounts seem solid and the u joints have no play so i have no idea what to look for and the hubs are unlocked
