97 powerstroke bogging down

I have a 97 stroker 6637,e fuel, and ts 6 with php tunes. I have just last week had my chip reburned with php tunes 40 hp tow 65 tow 80 tow 80 daily 80 performance and 100 performance. In any setting on my chip the truck will bogg down like it's not getting fuel until I let up on the throttle the whole time its blowing black smoke out the exhaust.it dident do this with the ts tunes on it and it had stock, high idle,50,75,100,140hp. the fuel pressure holds 75-80 psi constantly so I don't think fuel is a problem. Does any one know what's going on here? I ordered a 4000psi gauge today to check hpop pressure but it won't be here till Friday. Thanks in advance.

It started after the reburn, check the chip to make sure you pluged it in right.

Its not the High pressure oil pump . You may have blown an injector O ring during testing of the new tunes , it happens . Black smoke is un burned fuel . Fuel pressure in the cylinders is from oil pressure .WHat happens if you pull the chip ( with the keys in your pocket) ?

Is start with the checking the chip and making sure your intake is in good order. Do you still have the Orange boot?

It can only plug in one way,and I made sure it's plugged in all the way and tight.

I'll try unplugging it and see what happens. I haven't done that yet I just assumed it would run like it did before I put it in I dident think about a blowed o ring but I did replace them a few months ago. I'll take it out and run it and see how it runs and re post.

I do still have the orange boot? What do I need to do to make sure that my intake is in good order? The chip is on tight also.
