Hey everyone, I have my 95 F250 with 299500 km on the original engine... My EGR has failed and my o2 sensor has failed as well... Custom exhaust is now happening... Probably going to dump infront of both rear wheels. Here are the questions... I already have a set of Flowtech 12504... Will it be hard to take out the old exhaust bolts in my heads now? Going to go with Remflex 3003 gaskets cause they're by far the best... Question 2: my Egr is now open... There will now be a big hole in my intake?? I was looking for an EGR block off plate but can not find one anywhere.... Question 3 : will my code go away for my EGR valve? It is a stuck open code?
You cannot delete EGR without setting codes, however you can disable it. To do that sandwich a piece of sheet metal between the valve and intake and then reconnect the vacuum line and sensor wires so that the valve goes through the motions as it should.

That being said, could I get rid of that long ugly tubr going to the valve from the manifold? And would It be a good idea to stick a gasket in between the intake and sheet metal?
Yes remove the tube that connects to the exhaust, it serves no purpose if the headers don't have a port for it, and yes use an extra gasket between the sheet metal(cut to the shape of the valve mounting flange) and valve and intake.
