99 f250 v8 with 8 mil codes, 4 bag codes, help??

So i have 8 codes and im not sure if they are all related or not. I figured id post here before i started replacing stuff.

I bought this truck with these 8 codes,
p0113 iat circuit high input
p0118 ect circuit high input
p0340 cam pos. sensor circuit fault
p0705 trans range sensor circuit fault
p0708 trans range sensor circuit high input
p0155 ho2s21 heater circuit fault
p0713 trans fluid temp sensor high input
p1290 cylinder head temp. sensor low input

It also has air bag codes
b1318 low battery voltage at module
b1932 driver airbag high resistance / circuit open
b1884 pad warning lamp in-op.
b1869 airbag warning indicator lamp circuit open

Im certain that i cleared all these codes before but they are back on.
Where should i start? Is there something i should check? Oh and i had replaced a tie rod they was way out of alignment, maybe i messed up the clock spring? And both airbag lamps work.

could a harness connector in the engine compartment have been pulled/come loose? It would be pretty rare for all that stuff to fail at the same time.

All the conectors appear to be connected. I guess it is possible that these codes arent all related. Maybe i should start with a easy and inexpensive sensor, iat.

i would check all of your grounds and battery connections before i changed sensors. the odds of all of that stuff failing at once is slim unless somebody was driving it around with the check engine light on for years

That is very possible. The light was on when i got the truck. I had to have body work done. Exhaust manifold and brakes fixed. It was dirty inside and door ajar light is on. So i feel it was neglected. Are the listed sensors common to go bad? Also, where are the grounds located on these trucks?

So it's a new-to-you truck, or you let the codes go for awhile, or they all just appeared recently?

there is a bunch of ground wires on the passenger fender. A engine ground that runs from the fire wall near the heater box to the passenger side engine head. a cab ground from the frame the the passenger side floor board. i also think there is one down on the starter .

Don't go replacing sensors, >99% chance those aren't the problem. Definitely sounds like a wiring problem, and a bad ground makes sense for that. Wish I had some better suggestions, but DON'T go opening your wallet at the parts store.

If it's new to you, then pick a sensor that you can test, like the IAT or the Cylinder Head Temp. sensor, one that you can get at, and test how it works with a multimeter. That'll tell you if the sensor itself has failed or if there's a wiring problem..

Make that 100%.

Check the signal return circuit (Gray/Red) from each of the sensors referenced in each code to PCM pin 91. Verify that the signal return circuit has cntinuity to chassis ground. The O2 heater circuit is separate as are all the airbag codes.

The grounds that are most important to the PCM are located back in the corner on the driver's side under the hood hinge, and either up under the center of the instrument panel or in the left side kick panel (depends on productions date).

For the airbags, the ground for that system is behind the left side kick panel.

I checked the IAT with a scanner and with a multimeter and everything checks out. So.. I reset the mil, this time i had to be certain i did it. Drove the truck for a night and mil came back on. This time for front o2 sensor. But i also have a manifold leak so im going to fix that first and see if my o2 sensor values change

I looked for the grounds in left side kick panel come up empty handed. Thats like the lower A-piller correct?

Im probably just going to change the clock spring.

I fixed the manifold leaks and have ZERO exhaust leaks.
i erased the codes and none came back.
But then the p0155 ho2 sensor 1 bank 2 code came back.
I changed the o2 sensor, twice, still came back on. I disconnect the 104 pin pcm harness and probed the wires, the heater wire and the input wire for the pcm and got .6 ohms on each.
As for the other two wires, i dont know how to test them. As ill note, it doesnt appear the input or heater wires are shorted to ground because i checked for cont. between ground and both.

Any help is super appreciated.
