Back at it!

Hello my fellow Ford owners! Soo last time I was on here I was having a 332 error code for the EGR valve on my 92 Ford F-150 5.0. Well I had to replace all the color coded vacuum lines they were snapping and breaking apart like crazy. Well I got them back on and no more EGR Code.. Buttttt i am now getting a 411 code? I also have to replace the O2 Sensor so I know that 172 code is for that but Anyways. Any ideas on what it could be and why it's pulling the 411 code now? Did I re hook up the vacuum lines wrong? Thanks for the help!

411 code means you still have an induction leak. Recheck all the vacuum lines, intake gaskets etc, etc. Basically the koeo tests says RPMs are too low.

What about your charcoal canister? maybe the egr valve sticking? How did you check for leaks? Maybe leaking at vacuum booster? Shaking from engine studder or is it in your steering?

I just replaced the vacuum canister about two weeks ago. Where is the vacuum booster located? It shakes from the engine. I'll press on the gas and it shakes like crazy , I let off the gas and ease on it and sometimes it's ok sometimes it will still shake. When sitting in the truck it feels like a small miss. Could be from no tune up which will be the next thing I'll do.

Your brake booster on the firewall.
Yeah could be in need of tune up.

Is there a way to post a video? I have a whining sound when the engine revs up. I was wondering if someone could look at the video and tell me.

probably the easiest way is to post your video to YouTube and then post the link.
