Since PCM flash, dash display is different. Why?

Hey guys. I took my truck in last week and got the latest flash from Ford. Drove the truck pulling the 5er about 200 miles this week and noticed something really odd. I went to tripometer and went to the second screen where there once was just a duplicate of the first and found this.

I have always used the two setups for traveling as I use a per tank for one display and the entire trip for other. But now Trip B is missing.
Also, I noticed that the fuel mileage calculator was different between the other screens by as much as 3 MPGs.. They were both reset just prior to leaving the house. I have no idea what is going on here. A little concerning since I leave Friday for an 8 day trip to Myrtle Beach!
First screen

Second one.

The truck is running fine, just appears to be something messed up with the displays. You can see the difference in MPGs between the two screens. What do you guys think?

No photo.

I have not previously heard of anyone losing this function on their truck after the flash.

Neither have I Larry. I just used these features the week before on an out of state run that I did. Not sure what is up with this.

Trip "B" is paused.

You need to reset the mpgs in all areas since the flash. Hit the ok to reset for each of them and it should then track the mpgs closer.

I don't know if that will help the paused "B" trip screen.

I will try that Scott, Thanks! I reset them all when I got fuel right after the flash was done. That was what was confusing. Will try it again tomorrow or Sunday when I get fuel.

Go to trip B and hit the "ok" button. It wil unpause. Hitting it again wil pause it again.

What hunter said, and I have accidentally done that when resetting them without realizing it.

Were you in a hurry at the fuel station?

Best bet now is to reset everything and start over - maybe even top of the tank so you know everything is accurate.

FWIW, I do the same thing on trips with A and B Trip meters too...

The "pause". I have found no use for that in 65,000 miles.
But I sure wish Ford would make that 3rd blank screen user programmable.

Now that would be useful.

I have accidentally put my second screen on pause before. I though I had broken something before I finally figured it out.

I finally got it cleared last night after I got fuel. Simple push of a button that I had no idea existed. That's why I came here to find the experts Thanks again to all that responded.
