the injectors buzz when you turn the key on, you can hear them buzzing and it's kind of a rhythm. There is something in the tech folder I'm pretty sure about this.
have you tried turning the key on, waiting for the light to go out. Then turn the key off and then back on, let the light go out, then start the truck and see if it makes a difference?
I'm assuming that it takes longer to start cold, its hard to tell by your initial post. Have you tested your batteries, takes a lot of juice to run the glow plugs, also check your alternator.
Have you tried plugging the truck in and see if that helps?
Have a 2006 6.0 turns over several times before starting when cold runs fine and starts with a few turn overs when hot any ideas why
You need to check your FICM voltage, it needs to be above 45 at all times from KOEO, cranking, idling and WOT. If you have gauges that read live data like the scan gauge II or one of the smartphone apps like Dashboss for IOS or torque pro for android it is an easy thing to check. If you don't have gauges ( which are an absolute must have with these engines ) you can check it with a DVM using the write up in the tech folder, https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/3...ch-folder.html
