What RPM is 'high idle'?

When checking the values on the scangauge at 'high idle' what RPM is that? I thought it was 2,500 but I just read someone else that it is 1,200 RPM. My figures posted above are at 2,500 RPM. I dont have the high idle mod, i just push the pedal till i get to that RPM and hold it while i record the scangauge numbers.

For TESTING and comparing to Ford specs, high idle is 2500.

For PTO functions etc, high idle is roughly 1200.

gotcha. But 2,500 is the 'high idle' for checking scangauge numbers. Thanks!
