New leaf spring ?
So I have a 77 f250 pretty sure it's a late 77 not a high boy but I wanna do a 4 inch overstock lift so what I found is that if I sent 1 front and 1 rear stock leaf to Atlas springs they will make me a whole new set for about $300 a corner I know skyjacker makes some but I have heard rumors of them sagging within a year or two and this company says they will replace them if they sag more than 1/2 inch in the first 10 years anyone have springs made for thier pickups on here what have you found?

Holy Smacks! $300/corner = $1200 for new springs? Whew!
I can't help you with the Skyjacker situation..... but a coupla suggestions.
Do you have a light truck/car spring shop close to you? You could get them to add a leaf to your own for cheap....if you bring in the springs.
They'll have to re-arch your front ones, though....turning the negative arch to a positive one. That's where you'll get that "axle push." It'll be a little bit of a PITA to get those rear (of the front) shackles on, though. Or vice - versa.

Mebbe not 4" of lift but one (added) spring to your own pack will yield about 3" - 3.5." You'll have a stiffer ride, too. Don't believe me....ask your local spring guys.

Why not just buy a Rough Country 4" lift for around $500? And for another $250 you can get the kit with new rear leafs instead of the lift blocks. Seems like you'd be better off getting the kit so you'll have the correct steering block, shocks, hardware, etc. If you buy or have just the springs redone you'll still need everything to make it all work.

Either way you go, you're going to need a drop pitman arm...or maybe an adjustable drag link. If you have a front stabilizer bar, the links will need some work, although I think you can buy them for different lift heights. Longer brake lines are in order, also.
Then its a drive shaft check....
Good luck.
