Can I put 4 wheel abs hubs in my rear wheel abs 99 4x4 superduty? It's a late 99 7.3. I want to be able to lube em

I believe they are the same other than the sensor..

Some have went with ABS unibearing up front in place of the non-ABS. For greasing purposes. Riff Raff Diesel sells a fitting that fits in the ABS hole as well.

Does your truck only have ABS in the rear?

Yes mine only has rear wheel abs. I have a fitting that I made off of dimensions I found on here for my excursion. Thanks for the help guys.
