Is this what you're looking for? I run with one, and leave the actual EGR valve plugged in and bolted to one of the intake elbow bolts.

So you're going to just plug the hole for the valve? You're going to not address the actual problem which is the EGR cooler itself, or delete any of the components that have exhaust gas flowing through them, and instead shove the plug in the hole and leave the valve sitting out in the engine bay?
If you don't have inspections, why not just spend $40 more delete with a kit, or even less $ to weld up the cooler that's already in there, then you don't need the plug because there's no gas flow.
If you do have inspection, you're going to be pulling the plug to reinstall the valve annually anyways, why not weld the cooler and leave the valve in place?
Any way you cut it, you'll need a programmer that can kill the CEL or you'll have to buy a PCM flash from someone because simply removing the valve won't stop if from setting a P0401 insufficient EGR flow code.
