Help with egr valve

Hi I broke my egr valve when we were removing it on the egr delete so putting it back in was useless, I just bought one from a friend and was wondering if I needed any gaskets or anything? if I do does anyone have a part number? This pictures what he sent me, exactly. I wasnt sure if it needed any gaskets on it.

If you are doing an EGR delete, why would you need to put a good EGR back in? The term itself mean no more EGR function for the engine, correct?

because my radiator fan will not shut off, and id like it to.

He needs the egr valve plugged in for FAN Operation and to keep the PCM Happey

So deleated no more EGR FLOW but unplugged valve affects other things
