Was hoping to hear what, if any, codes she got. After talking with a powerstroke mechanic at the local dealer I am waiting on 4 new injectors. I have exact same symptoms as Lisa. Would like to know her cause.
4 injectors going out all at the same time doesn't happen. There's another problem.
I would've agreed with you half a dozen pages back, but modmxz has ruled out everything else if you've followed his thread. I am keeping quiet and sitting on the sidelines for now. What if an injector came apart and bits got into the rail and the other injectors? (Is that even possible??)
I am sure there are dozens if not hundreds of us out there waiting to see what happens.
Then you have to clean out the rails but I don't think that would ever happen, or can't. Who's doing it the dealer? Anyway let us know what they tell you when done.
ModMxz, I was thinking about your problem while I was driving today, and wondered something; I know you checked your power supply wire to that bank, but what about a poor ground? I've been following your thread from the beginning, but don't remember hearing if you tested/inspected the ground for a good connection. Forgive me if you've already been down this road and I missed it.

Not the dealer. I have read elsewhere that 1 bad injector can cause the IDM to shut entire bank down and since I have eliminated everything else, this is next.
Update everyone. Truck is fixed. Put 4 new injectors in bank 1 and problem is fixed. Don't know how or why a bad injector caused all of them to misfire but it did. Hopefully my quest can help others in the future.
